New Homes at the Preserve MeadowsLennar is one of our top homebuilders in the Contra Costa and Tri-Valley area and the recently have developed a new community called the Preserve Meadows. There are four distinctive floor plans to choose from with layouts from about 1950 ft.² to just over 2600 ft.². Layouts are up to four bedrooms, up to four bathrooms, and to Bay garages. They feature open concept living areas, great rooms, formal dining areas, gourmet kitchens, and huge center islands.

  • Currently, pricing is from $1,068,000-$1,222,000.

These large, two-story homes feature a wide range of designs, customizations, and styles to choose from. The neighborhood is located at 5010 Feria Preserve Pkwy. in the heart of San Ramon.
