Sarn Ramon is a great place to call home and as the Tri-Valley area grows more and more new communities pop up all the time. Finding a home may be easy; finding the right home is the tricky part. I want to make your home-buying experience something to remember – in a good way, of course. If you are purchasing a home with financing, you will want to make sure that you have the loan set up before looking at homes. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is for homebuyers to find a house they love only to find out later they cannot afford it. Knowing what your price range and budget are before searching for properties, can save you time and stress in the future.

You can search through all the properties in the Tri-Valley area right here on my website. It is up-to-date and accurate with the most current listings available. We also have foreclosures if you are interested in finding a great deal at below-market prices. Once you find a home you love, we would be happy to tour and personally show that home to you. If you find a home upon which you would like to place an offer, we will write it up together with your terms. I am here to help guide you through this process and offer suggestions on creating a solid, tight offer that sellers cannot refuse. Although I am not a lawyer, nor can I give you legal advice, I can offer you tips and insights on certain building constructions and techniques for negotiating.

After both buyer and seller have mutually accepted the transaction, we move on to inspection. I highly recommend that any homebuyer have a professional inspection on the property they are considering purchasing. Remember, this may be one of the biggest investments you will ever make and it certainly pays to know as much about it as possible.

After the inspection is satisfied, the transaction moves on to a closing attorney, who will clear the title and prepare all documents for final signing. After you have signed all the documents and the closing attorney records the deed, I will be pleased to hand over the keys to your new home.
