After both buyer and seller have mutually accepted the transaction, we move on to inspection. I highly recommend that any homebuyer have a professional inspection on the property they are considering purchasing. After the inspection is satisfied, the transaction moves on to a closing attorney, who will clear the title and prepare all documents for final signing. After you have signed all the documents and the closing attorney records the deed, I will be pleased to hand over the keys to your new home.
