Will here we are with the new year and we are heading into the real estate market with a bang. There has already been numerous over beds for the Tri-Valley area as of January, 2016. Danville had two of the homes that made it into the top five this month and a customer rule ranch home in Livermore with over 84 acres made it on the list which was on the market for 115 days. Even though this is unusual, it is quite an outstanding property. All of the other homes were in the lower mid range in market price and took less than two weeks before going under contract.
